These terms apply to the Uro-Onco Connect website, online appointment booking, teleconsultations and the patient portal, provided by the practice of Dr. Anshuman Singh in Lucknow. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Medical information on this website

Articles, treatment pages and other content on this website are general information about Urological Cancers and their treatment. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for a consultation. Decisions about your care should be made with a doctor who has examined you and reviewed your reports.

If you have an emergency, such as heavy bleeding, inability to pass urine or severe pain, go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not wait for an online reply.

3. Appointments and teleconsultations

• Appointment requests made online are confirmed by our team by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. A request is not a confirmed appointment until you hear from us.
• A teleconsultation is suitable for discussing reports, second opinions and follow-up. The doctor may advise an in-person examination when it is needed for a safe opinion.
• Please share accurate, complete information and reports. Advice depends on the information provided.

4. Fees and payments

Consultation fees are shown or confirmed at the time of booking. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. The patient portal

• Use the portal only for your own records, or for a family member who has authorised you.
• Do not share login codes. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• Upload only files that relate to your care. We may remove files that are unrelated or unsafe.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no false bookings or enquiries, no attempts to access other people’s information, and no automated scraping or attacks. We may block access that puts patients or the service at risk.

7. Outcomes and liability

Every patient’s condition and response to treatment are different, and no specific result can be guaranteed. We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content or from interruptions outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images and design on this website belong to Uro-Onco Connect unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
